A message from the NCJOA President
Welcome to the official website of the North Carolina Juvenile Officer's Association. Our organization is committed to improving the lives of children across the Tar Heel State. In order to accomplish this task, we focus upon the training of officers who are specialized in the juvenile field of law enforcement.
Please feel free to browse this website and learn of our history, what our organization is currently doing and our vision for the future.
The NCJOA 2026 Conference is planned for June 21 through June 26, 2026, at the Doubletree by Hilton located in Atlantic Beach, NC. The NCJOA Board has reviewed suggested topics and instructors provided by past participants and is working to make 2026 another great week of training, networking and after-hours family fun.

How to register:
- Complete the registration form (click here for the registration form)
- Book your accommodations by directly contacting "The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel" located at 2717 W Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512. Please advise the representative when booking that your booking is for the NCJOA 2026 conference to receive the discounted rate. The current 2026 discounted rate is $199 a night. The hard deadline to receive this discounted rate is May 15th, 2026.
- Pay the registration fee ($175 per attendee) via check and send to:
